Puerto Galera is one of the towns in the province of Oriental Mindoro. It is located Northwest of Oriental Mindoro , facing Batangas province.
San Isidro, one of the famous spots of Puerto Galera presently known as White Beach, is the first choice of local and foreign tourists when it comes to white beaches, favorable swimming grounds, para-sailing, banana boating and mountain hiking.
Sometime in late 70's foreign journalists who came to the place were fascinated by its natural beauty and serenity. They commented that the place is like Hawaii and is a promising tourist place to relax. Said comments gave us the idea of starting a resort. So that in 1979 a five room native house was built and was named White Beach Lodge & Restaurant. Since then more tourists came, foreign and locals. More rooms were needed so that nipa huts became buildings.
At present White Beach Lodge & Restaurant has 59 rooms at its main compound and 12 rooms at the annex. It is located at the middle of the beach stretched 20 meters away from the shoreline. It has a land area of almost 3000 sq. metres.
All rooms are fully airconditioned with cable tv and private comfort room. There are rooms with 2 twin beds good for 4 pax, rooms with 3 twin beds good for 6 pax and rooms with a queen size bed for a couple.
At the annex there are two room bungalows and duplex houses fully furnished for a group of 8-10 or for families.
This is the only place in White Beach with a spacious lawn, parking area and native kiosk for socialization. A function hall, which can cater 100 seats, is available. A common kitchen and BBQ stands are also available here.
The management can assure everyone that this place is a
"Home Away From Home".

the rate of the twin bed is 1500 and 1000 pesos for the single bed (per night).
so, 6 nights that would be 15 000 in all.
